Site Origination for community scale solar and distributed energy storage
Development Execution of sites that have achieved site control and that have passed screening and feasibility analysis.

In pursuit of this work, we develop generation and energy storage assets that provide power for the electric necessities - mobile phones, HVAC, refrigeration - that form the backbone of our daily lives. Clean power assets support these necessities, while minimizing negative environmental effects.
Site Origination
Bedrock has site origination capabilities for sites that are able to host small / distributed community scale energy and energy storage assets that can be deployed to deliver clean energy to the local power grid.
Renewable development starts with the identification of real estate that is optimally situated to connect to the distribution grid.
Bedrock performs extensive feasibility analysis before activating its site origination capabilities.
Development Execution
After site origination, Development Execution is managed by a separate Bedrock business unit.
As part of its Development Execution work, Bedrock performs the below services:
Execution of all planning and permitting documentation, electrical and structural design, interconnection analysis, value design and engineering, technical and financial due diligence, permitting, community outreach and Education, Power Purchase Agreement negotiations and financial analysis

Solar: A minimum of 20 acres is ideal to host a solar project. We work with landowners to lease a portion of their land or purchase the entire parcel.
Energy Storage: A much smaller footprint than solar, we work with landowners to lease a minimum of 10,000 sq-ft of land.
